“Veggie burger” is just a label like any other. I’ve had some truly awful ones; I’ve had ones that were to die for. I seek out the latter and shun the former. No different to when I was eating meat.
Actually, Ruby Tuesday’s veggie burger is really good. On the other hand….C’MON…it’s SUMMER!!!! Burgers, brats and hot dogs. Save those squash recipes for the fall!!
