From what I saw in the interrogation of Strzok he doesn’t need anyone to defend him. It was pretty awesome how he took the Righties apart one by one and left them looking like blubbering idiots. Especially in light of how it has been shown that despite his political views and an extra-marital affair he still performed his job in an apolitical manner and with integrity which sadly helped shift the election to tRump. The Righties should be kissing him on the a$$ for his devotion to duty and following orders and how the election went down.
The defense from Dems consisted of Rep. Connelly pointing out that the Repubs said plenty of similar (and even worse) things about Trump and the Dems that berated Gohmert for the nonsense about Strzok’s wife. The latter is particularly incredible considering Trump’s vast history of infidelity.
Gowdy shouting questions without waiting for answers was ridiculous. Strzok’s response that the FBI has checks and balances that prevent anyone’s bias from affecting an investigation was great. Plus his statement about “we will stop Trump” where he explained the “we” was the US voting public because he didn’t believe Trump could get elected after his “horrible, disgusting” remarks about a Gold Star family shows Strzok to be someone that believes in the American people, but that seems to be naive when looking at Trump supporters.
revere is either unaware of or ignoring the REPUBLICANS insisting that any oinfo about Russian hacking should be blocked from release to the public and they didn’t think investigation was needed. Plus, Trump has been whining about an investigation since it started and now wants to point fingers – REALLY?
“Democratic and Republican leaders with knowledge of Russia’s activities squabbled over whether and how to inform the public. The Washington Post last year laid out the struggle, with Democrats pushing for Obama to go public with what was happening and Republicans pushing against it. According to Post, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) “voiced skepticism” of the intelligence community’s evidence. "
All the Strzok hearing did was show the lengths Republicans in Congress will go to to use their “oversight authority” for political gain. As if we didn’t already see that with their 11 hour interrogation of Hillary before the 2016 election. Varvel is a Republican shill.
Based on republican comment on Strzok’s bias, they should not have been investigating Clinton’s e-mails nor Benghazi, since they have shown strong bias against her.
Ignore Andylit – can’t even get STRZOK correct so why would anyone think that AL knows anything else.
Mueller took Strzok off of the investigation to eliminate any suspicion from those that don’t understand that someone can leave their bias outside when they have a job to do.

The GOP is all over this while continuing to ignore Russia. Amazing transformation.

By this thinking, anyone who ever said their new boss was an unqualified jerk was a disloyal employee secretly trying to destroy the company.

You’re right, the cold war is over (kinda). Does that mean that Vlad is our friend now? Don’t think so.

The unAmerican Republicans looked like the rabid weasels they are for attacking an FBI agent for holding a personal political position.

I’d love to have a beer with Varvel and ask him to explain how that cartoon bears any similarity to reality.

What hearing was Varvel watching?

The uranium nonsense: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/hillary-clinton-uranium-russia-deal/
The Republicans are looking to impeach Rod Rosenstein to stop the investigation into Russian hacking. Repubs are treasonous.

Hey Varvel; you didn’t actually watch that “hearing”, did you? That elephant of yours should be wearing a diaper and crying.
