You’d think that Jack would eventually learn his lesson, and bar Andy from the pub. Of course, that would squash a lot of strips, but even a cartoon character can lose only so much money.

Was in my local in Dun Laoghaire, years ago, when one of the lads came in after a big win on the ponies. He told the landlord to set the bar up, then almost immediately, headed for the men’s loo ( which was a latrine out back ) and never returned.
Turned out he spotted his ex-wife headed in the front as he was going out the back.
He did call the bar owner from a nearby phonebox and explained. He’d be back later to pay. We all got our round and the ex was never the wiser.

I went to a buffet restaurant today and there were no windows in the toilets. Just as well because at buffets you eat first and pay later.

Jack needs to put a lock on that window, at least for security,. Keeping Andy from sneaking out that way would be a bonus.
