No fair!!!

We loyal readers have waited years to see this moment….for that matter, so has Agnes….

and it happens off-camera… (so to speak)….???

I admit, I was, and remain, firmly in the “no-need-to-do-it, Agnes” camp….

but if she did do it, she and all of us have been cheated of her moment of clown-garbage-bag-wrapped glory.

Sniffle.

Oh well…. you reached the bottom, Agnes….

which, in contradictory terms, means you hit the heights.

Now… does anybody understand whether that was one semi-inflated garbage bag she was wearing, or somehow more?

It looked like just one, but reference keeps being made to it (or them) in plural.

As if she can pay it.

Maybe we’ll get an Instant Replay of the Comic Dive. o’ the Summer!

Watching Agnes exiting the pool using spreads of plastic bag to cover-up ( w/zero assist from Trout) would be funny!!

A replay from Trout’s POV would be nice.

You probably fainted and fell off. Does that lifeguard also live in the trailer park?

Sigh. They don’t make trash bags like they used to.

I like the stereotype-defying lifeguard.

I was certain that Agnes was going to be another Charlie Brown and the October football, i.e., always trying,never succeeding. So happy I was mistaken.

Must not be a hotel pool – there is actually a life guard!

Oh my God! She finally did it!

Either way you look at it the next few strips better not show Agnes stripped of her bags or someone could wind up in a 5-10 year time out, lol

Who else thinks tomorrow’s strip will be, “It was all a dream”? (Either that, or Trout dragged her back down and then just tossed her into the pool.)
