Although I don’t have a VCR, I still have my “The Little Mermaid” (sixth birthday), “Ernest Goes to School”, and high school graduation VHSs. I even once owned the four-film series of “The Karate Kid” thereon until I switched them to DVD.
Sometimes your tastes just change. When I was in college I thought “Kentucky Fried Movie” was one of the funniest films I’d ever seen. When I watched it again a couple of decades later on VHS. I wasn’t impressed at all.
Sometimes I look back at something I liked and wonder “why was I wasting my time with that?” Other times, I look back at something I didn’t like or cared less about and think “that wasn’t so bad, in fact, it was actually kind of good.” Funny how nostalgia works.

I still remember some of the movies I’ve watched before. Good times.
