I said one and i said again, I LOVE this comic; something that i have always believe is that while it is important to teach how to forgiven , it should be also important to teach WHEN TO FORGIVE, in particularly: when the person who hurts you, understand and knows that you have been hurt by him/her, that he/she, at least, tries to fix or take responsibility for his/her actions, and above all make sure that the bully don’t repeat this behavior again, with you or anyone. Their are called “Toxic people” for a reason, they’ll try to justify his/her behavior as something normal using similar situations as examples or their own experience as if their where something good, which could contaminate not just other people but also the victim itself. The line of though of “I have to struggle with this my hall life, and came out like this, Why should not others go through the SAME?” is, sometimes, the go-to response for the people’s minds when they try to objectify their actions, but the answer is simple because is wrong. it wasn’t OK when it happened to you and it isn’t OK now. Knowing when and how to stop this rotten type of conduct, so it can’t influence anyone else, is a great thing. it may not be easy, in particular is that person is a family member, but it will definitely be a great way to get one step closer to a good and happy life.
Wow this hits home. My Mom was toxic. She was the real reason I never wanted a relationship. I didn’t want to be that way to my kids or wife. Thing is I found out much later helping a friend and her daughter out I found out I could have had a relationship.
“You’ll be sorry.” I hope John’s mother is only toxic, not vindictive or evil. I don’t know where they live, but she could make life a living hell for John and Alex in far too many places in the USA.

That threat, “YOU’LL BE SORRY” has an ominous resonance. She’s planning something truly wicked.

So glad I found this comic, I never knew it existed. The comic appeared on my Go Comics daily calendar I bought at the beginning of the year. Nice.
