If you think about Supe’s invulnerability too long, you might as well throw logic out the window. If he can’t feel pain, can he feel caresses? Can he be tickled? How DOES he cut his hair, because surely it grows. How does he even comb it? Were toiletries sent with him from Krypton that work on him? Can he suffer bug bites? What if he has to go to the dentist? Howabout colonoscopies? The list goes on and on?

I know that whenever Superman needed to cut his hair or shave or cut anything from Krypton, he used his x-ray vision.
