Anchor Baby News Emmy and mommy nominated Gibby Isabel Isabel: "Fox News Latino" is reporting that wealthy Spanish stars Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem are having an "anchor baby" in Los Angeles. Gibby: What is the point of this story, Isabel? Isabel: That Fox News is stupid in any language.

I trust Fox News a lot more than I do MS-NBC (at least until they start with the God talk and the family values thing).

@ ronebofh - oh yeah, and ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and MS-NBC are such paragons of truth and accuracy.
Nothing like watching Chris Matthews debate two other guys who AGREE with him on everything.
At least FOX allows opposing viewpoints.

It’s interesting that Penelope and Javier’s future baaby would be called an anchor baby. If they decide to have their baby in the US, it will be a legal citizen, since they are here legally. Babies born to illegal aliens are not citizens according to the same law that will make Penelope and Javier’s baby a naturalized citizen. The birth of a naturalized baby does not give any special rights to the parents. They can have their Visas revoked by the government at any time it is deemed necessary. The child, if old enough to make the decision, will have the option of leaving with it’s parents and returning later, or staying. There has been talk of changing the law so that babies born to foreigners won’t automatically become citizens, unless the parents are here on a permanent Visa.

Fox has 3-times the viewership than MSNBC and CNN. At least they balance the conservative opinions with liberals daily, not like the MSM networks.

Oh yawn.. the dittoheads came to freep for FOX “News” Channel. How predictable.
The only thing I can’t figure out about FOX is Shep Smith. He’s everything that the rest of the channel claims to be, and sticks out like a sore thumb for having a mind of his own on occasion.

Ronebofh: Name-calling? How sad.
EScott2U: I saw a good example of pseudo-balance on CNN when they introduced a “global-warming skeptic” who went on to declare that global warming is real and is man-made but that we could spend our money better.
Poohbear: Unfortunately, you might be right about Fox and God. However, the Tea Parties are working hard to convince the religious Right to drop the God-talk while they try to save the country, so Fox may end up going along. We’ll see. The test case will be if Glenn Beck gives up the utterly false claim that America was founded on Faith, Hope, and Charity.
Night-Gaunt: You exclude the slavering Keith Olbermann whose hate-mongering is as bad as anything you’ll hear from the irrational worst of the Right.
Rabbitrose: I enjoy Mythbusters, but they are primarily an entertainment show and that often tempts them away from even dumbed-down science. But they sure blow up things good.
DirtyDragon: As if the attacks on Fox aren’t predictable? (Besides, what are “dittoheads” and what does “freep” mean? Speak English!)
And best wishes for a Happy New Year to you all, even the Leftists.
