Where in the world are the countries of “Sane” and “Sanity”, Bucky?

Look at Bucky’s eyes in the three panels…….no wonder he says what he does, the boy can’t see straight !

Anyway you can only be in-seine if you are in France, in Paris and an incompetent bank walker.

@ least Bucky is creative in his description of his Demensia!

Bucky should move to Wackyland and move in with the Dodo.

So, just to be absolutely clear here, “sane” is not a good thing to be? I feel so comforted.

England is a hoax Bucky? Really? Well, what about your Cousin Mac Manc McManx who is from England? hmmm?
