To me, still wearing her nurse’s scrubs says “Big person” which is way more admirable than “big shot”.

FYI Joe, lots of hospital administrators still wear scrubs from time to time. I work with a few that still wear their RN badge pin. I guess it depends on the tone of the healthcare environment .

Scrubs are exactly what She should be wearing. The folks who wear them are the ones that make a hospital work.

Her wearing scrubs to me means that Marcy is still Marcy. Yeah she has a big shot job now but she’s still her and still a nurse that loves to tend to her patients directly. Marcy will never change and I love her for it<3
