Welp.. another weekend hanging around the house.

Yessss. Cold, drafty winter floors will soon be upon Luddie!

And nap season is year ’round, Arlo.

Looks all too familiar, lol.

My cat tends to follow me around. Not to nap on my lap but near me. He will sleep on a chair next to mine, on the other end of the sofa, or a spot on the floor near to my chair.

Yes, my cats are fickle winter cuddlers. In cold weather they want to be in your lap all the time, but in hot weather they give us the cold shoulder.

It is always lap season with dogs!

It doesn’t bother me that our cat is finicky about when and where he gets his pets. It’s when he sits on the floor in front of me and simply stares and stares which drives me nuts. He usually wants a treat or to be let out but sometimes it appears he simply likes to look at me or my wife. We either look good to him or really strange.

My wife gets plenty of attention from our cats. But only one is a lap cat. The other is a left shoulder cat, and only the left, never the right shoulder.
