I’m inspired by lives of heroism and genius, but its hard to think of following in Telsa’s footsteps.Telsa did die penniless, but I don’t think he died unhappy or with any regrets.
Tesla was right about AC over DC in power transmission. I think Edison must have not been as smart since he didn’t figure this out. I think in general Edison learned a lot from experimentation and Tesla figured it out with physics; maybe this is why Edison was so stuck on DC.
Edison got most of the credit for Tesla’s work. Edison stole a lot of them, and patented them before Tesla could. Edison got credit for work he never did.. Edison was a genius tho, but not as much as he was given credit for.

He was a genius, but, unfortunately, he died penniless for failing to protect his ideas. His arrogant personality didn’t help.
