Must be some definition of the word “safe” that I wasn’t previously aware of.

Hmmm…I wonder where she was carrying that key?

As “high priestess” she probably should not be describing the sacrifices as “victims.”

But, I keep coming back to the fact that they are speaking “Ape.” So her little exposition would be something like, “Snort, snuffle, grunt. Oook-ook, pbbblths.”

Kind of takes me out of the moment.

I’m sure Tarzan is imagining that he could have been a permanent resident in this room. The Priestess isn’t exactly the “sensitive” type to be showing him this.
