Do medical facilities usually charge people to park?

one I worked at did not, other one in town charged ridiculous amount to park – they bought out one I worked at so now patients have no choice where to go if it’s an emergency – if not an emergency, they have choice of hospitals in nearby cities – 20-60 minutes away. Charging people to park at any medical facility is just ridiculous, you have to go to Dr. or for tests, surgery etc, pay enough for all that, charging to park for medical should be illegal all across the country

Here he makes a large donation, but in all seriousness, complains about the price of parking!
