Love the new style, Dan. Very ligne claire. Don’t listen to the haters. You’re finally starting to evoke the great Edgar-Pierre Jacobs and others in the legendary Franco-Belgian comics tradition that gave us Tintin and Asterix.

The new look seems to go back to the middle panel of Sept 21. Did I just not notice it? I like it, although it’s a big change.

Give him blond hair, and he’ll look like Race Bannon, but then he’d clash with his captor lady.

I don’t mind the new style as long as he keeps drawing the blonde with the AK!

Rip IS looking less like a Dick Tracy clone, lately.

I dunno… I read this strip for the comic relief and witty banter. I haven’t decided if I like the new look or not. I guess I’ll reserve judgment until I see what the “new” TNT looks like. (I always cheer for the collie with the silky coat…)

new look growing on me; however, Rip needs his chiseled chin back. Right now he looks too much like a Gil Thorpe character.
