That’s exactly what happens when the goal is to get on medical disability and then have the State support you. Unfortunately, too many have this goal and those that really need help, because they are truly disabled, don’t get what they deserve because there is only so much money to go around.

Or, expect nothing, and be happy with anything

I think they call that “desperation.”

If you give up on getting what you want then you best be ready to live on what the world gives you…which ain’t much.

Getting what you want and what you need is usually two totally different things.

For all we know he is wearing very short pants.

Better to not get what you want than to get what you don’t want.
