    When I lived way up north, power came overhead, water was trucked in, an old inuk picked up the honey bag, and nothing grew in the gravel

    How can they be sure that those are his lines? Just because they’re in his yard? What if the crews that laid those lines were no more competent than these “landscapers”?

    In this area, you have to get permission before you can dig. That way they tell you where not to dig. Hope the is true in Ziggy’s area.
