Aw.

Sometimes we don’t appreciate our pets until they’re gone.

I hate mud but I do love my dog ♡

My dogs leave paw prints on my heart and for that I forgive them the ones on the rug.

You try to appear to be angry and then they look at you.

That sentiment is so true. It’s obviously written by someone who’s been there. I love this strip in general, but even more so because Adrian is such an animal lover.

We honor the one we lost by giving a home to a dog in need. Time for new muddy paw prints?

Do you miss the smell, too?

I have a towel hanging from my coat rack at the front door.

Sweetheart lives the rubdown.

Muddy paws aren’t so bad compared to chewing on shoes.

Sigh.

Me too. Her name was Jolie and she would wait in the mud room to be dried off and her paws wiped.

Each one of our sweet Gud Dug have their quirks that we love. My Scotty now loves the cold and rain, the others didn’t.I miss then all.

As the saying goes….cherish every moment before it becomes a memory.

I really miss my little Yorkie butch.

Adrian, you just keep getting better and better. Love your strip.

It’s been nearly 10 years since I lost my Scooby. I can’t wait until I have a house and yard again, so I can share my love with another big doggy!

These ain’t tears in my eyes, honest.
