I actually feel better about buying gifts for others. That’s the only time I really go crazy shopping when I have a list of people to buy for, otherwise, I shop for myself only occasionally and even then I only buy 1 or 2 things for myself. Hubby recently took me and our son to new shopping area near our town and my eyes lit up when I saw a couple of stores I haven’t shopped at for years. I almost talked myself out of going into them saying, “Well I’ll just come back another day. Rather not waste money today.” Hubby said, “You need to buy things for yourself today. You’re always buying for everyone but yourself. It’s your hard-earned money so spoil yourself.” And that’s just what I did! :)
