@Number Three Today’s strip is a bit funny , our Hero Mr Andrew Capp who logically should be a hundred years old since he served in the Army during WWII is quite proud that his drunken and scrapping days days have not changed , but does it really need two big Military policemen to cart him off to the brig ( lock up) :o) as you can guess my avatar is of our friend bev dressed up by her mum as Shirley Temple , her opting out of commenting and posting is missed by us her friends , I wonder if her mutt Hendrix is still alive? take care and keep up your good deeds pal , how is the weather where you live? in Sunny? Malta it still raining a lot .
It was mentioned in Reg Smythe’s strips that Andy served in the army. And I also recall that Andy DID have a job at one time but his boss gave him the sack and Andy has liked him ever since for that. Haha.
That’s a beautiful photo of Beviek. As you know, I have curly hair at the moment after getting it permed before I went to Norway.
I forgot about little Hendrix. I hope he is OK. He’s so cute.
I have a start date for my volunteering. I start on 7th November. Keep that noted so you don’t keep asking me “Have you started your volunteer placement yet?” Haha. Tomorrow, I have to go for an induction there to learn the policies and procedures of the organisation and get my photo taken for my ID badge.
We are currently having hurricane winds here where I am. It took me ages to get to sleep last night because of it. However along with the hurricane winds it’s been a lovely sunny day.

So Andy has always been a handful. I wonder what he was like as a child?

Didn’t have to be a Military Crime. Drunk and Disorderly on or off the base would do it.

I’d forgotten he’d driven a truck. I always thought he was a sapper. He certainly could shovel it !

Thank goodness the Queen has higher standards now for her Army.
