Years ago, I was helping a friend with her baby stuff as we headed into the gym. A sports car nearly ran over us as it parked directly in front of the gym in the illegal fire lane. A man leapt out, ran in, and jumped on the tread mill. So many ironies.
I use a tread mill because I damaged my knees several years ago, and I can’t manage the hills around here. It’s also great to walk inside when the pollen is horrible, or it’s the Southern equivalent of Hell in the summer.
Park in the No Parking Fire Zone to get as close to the front door of the Gym as possible, to save 30 feet of walking – I’ve seen them quadruple-park there and the rest of the lot is empty.
Here in north, as kids, we went playing ice-hockey in autumns for the frozen pond near. First we pushed possible snow away from the field area. Today people demand indoor ice-rinks and other halls for their activities.
After that he’s driving hamburger drive-trough and orders double-triple-hyper-super-large brgr with extra big soda and french fries. He’s eating that stuff with car motor running..

Yep. Surely all of us have passed by a gym, with a bunch of cars parked outside. Makes no sense to me.
