It costs pennies to reach millions of people, but nobody would spend those pennies if there weren’t some takers. People are gullible; some will believe things even when faced with facts to the contrary.
That will be the vendor’s problem. Jason is a minor. Neither he or his parents can be held liable for any large order he made. The vendor should have done some research. They would have found that Jason had no resources to pay for the delivery.
