@Number Three As usual this strip is a variation on a theme , our Hero Mr Andrew Capp trying to say that he was innocent and his pal Chalkie showing him up :o[ , in my avatar which I have posted again , you have to agree with Dennis , so that’s why I won’t be taking the Flu shot , not because I am chicken , this afternoon when Alex is coming over to to give the shots to his mum , his brother Arthur , Silvana & my princess Amy :o) how was your day? ours should be hectic because we have to go out in the car to run errands this morning , are you taking the Flu shot this year? take care pal and keep up the good deeds that you do.

Andy reminds me of a guy I knew in the Army. He was great at instigating fights and bar brawls, but was the first to leave, once they started !

It says something that Andy is on a first name basis with the local constable.

Why are the bandages always so exaggerated on this strip?

I’m not eligible for a flu shot. So I’ve never had one.

I still hate needles even though a blood donor needle is quite large.

My day was not hectic this time.

Went to Anacortes yesterday. Thankfully, I didn’t encounter any brawls, unlike Andy and Chalkie. Not that I would have. Anacortes is a pretty nice place.

Let me rephase Andy statement in the last panel: “I left as soon as I started it.”
