Haven’t watched SNL in over 20 years. Whatever it is they are doing now isn’t comedy, it’s just sad.

The common grumpy old folk complaint “it’s not funny anymore”. It is the same basic stuff we thought was a riot in the 70’s, but guess what? we’ve seen it before. It’s still new and funny to the next generations, so quit grumping and move on to something else.

SNL is funny again?

Politics has always been a target-rich environment for humor. With the current administration, it’s a matter of too many targets and not enough bombs.

SNL hasn’t been funny in decades!

I look at comics to get away from all the political hatred out there. Not going to look at this one any more.

And the ratings have tanked.

Ever since SNL went political, way back when with Dana Carvey, I’ve stopped watching. Such a lazy way to get a laugh.

SNL hasn’t been really funny for years. Even their satire has become jaded. They only have one target and one purpose.

Anyone who doesn’t think SNL is funny now hasn’t seen Kate McKinnon doing her many characters as well as Alec Baldwin doing tRump. Leslie Jones and Aidy Bryant are also excellent.

Now that’s the truth!
