I call it Cajun; sounds more refined.

It’s all burnt ends and smoke-bark. You pay extra for that.

Since the birds of “Shoe” mirror human society in general, they must have a Thanksgiving holiday… what do they eat then? :-)

Not all. Some are flambe. It how she smokes the rest of the meat.

Interesting. Kind of like the Mickey Mouse phenomenon, how is it that Goofy can talk yet Pluto can’t? They are both dogs. Obviously the rules of our society do not apply to the animal kingdom. Or cartoon land. Then again I suppose it is possible the birds in this particular series eats tofu? This subject definitely needs more research.
