It’s so interesting to see a strip keep going after all this time. Even though it’s changed so dramatically since then (and is largely about the husband of a character related to Walt). It must be fun being the caretakers of such ancient characters- too bad most of the old guard had to kick the bucket. I can see why nobody’d want to bury ol’ Walt, though!

Well, since ol’ Ben was first put on a $100 bill in 1914, I guess Walt is simply referring to the fact that is is a One Hundred dollar bill.
TRIVIA: Do you know, without looking it up, who’s on the $500 bill being produced today?
