I think Bud is right, I use this technique after a busy day to help relax and fall asleep. I find a good night sleep isusually better that the midday meditation.
To me, “mindfulness” means being aware of your surroundings (“mind the stairs…”) Is this another word that’s been turned 180 degrees from it’s old meaning, like “oversight?”

That’s what happened to me last night. All presents opened, food eaten, everything put away, stretched out in my chair to relax…and fell asleep.
