If the birds are actually intelligent enough to understand the meaning of the symbol they form then I feel they should be on the “exempt from consumption” list, along with humans, even those humans not bright enough to otherwise qualify.
If the ducks did that to me, I’d swear off hunting (and eating them) forever! Too bad they can’t teach that to the terrorists in the Middle East so we can get the heck out of there!
