That is the best temper tantrum that I have ever seen.

Is Lucy carrying a blanket in the last panel? Must be a Van Pelt family thing.

No idea why the panel of Lucy standing on the back of the chair is cracking me up so much.

I used the same technique with my kid. I just let him wear himself out.

My daughter used to throw a tantrum until she passed out. The doctor suggested ignoring her and not being present when she woke up, usually a minute later. It worked, the tantrums stopped.

That’s a switch. The adult spoke, and the child went “waah, waah, waah!”

That little teddy bear looks very cute in the red wagon but not so teddy bearish in the next cel. Maybe he’s just cuter in profile.

Wait, did she go on to play basketball in high school?

You’d have had to e at my high school when I was int my first two years to understand that.

Lucy tired herself out after she had a fit. If this was an animated short, Lucy’s mom would make those “wa-wa” noises.

Lucy is every kid out there. Love it coz it’s true
