“Forever” in the third-grader sense = “for a good part of this week.”

Make a poster with soil glued to it!

Or glue a shoebox diorama to the poster! Think of the possibilities.

Come on you two, surely you can reach a compromise. Petey can show Andre the higher workings of a shoe box diorama and Andre can show Petey the mechanics of good poster compositing. If you hand in both you are sure to get a good grade.

I remember in the distant past when a day felt like forever. As opposed to today when if I sneeze I suddenly find myself in tomorrow’s brief clutches.

Wow Petey, is this the end of the world as you know it?

I agree with snarkm, you two could create something great TOGETHER!

I have a preschooler and a 3rd grader - In this strip, Mom’s “D’you mind?” cracks me up! I am forever shoo-ing away the preschooler so I can I have a serious conversation with my older son without a peanut gallery, judge and audience in attendance!

You can tell Petey is VERY upset, because his hair gets jaggier with every panel.

The fact that Petey was Andre’s friend in the first place is a huge breakthrough for him. When’s Loris coming back?
