If they never went away, you would never miss them!

The saying in our family is that we all get along well … 500 miles away from each other.

My sister said the best thing about me was I knew when to leave town.

John’s family had it right.

We get along well too, just wish it wasn’t so many miles. Over 700.

I agree with you, lakesnake. I miss my mom, but not enough to have her in the same house.

We all get along great and live within 45 minutes of one another. My two brothers live within a mile of my parents and their wives adore my Mom. I am blessed to have a familiy that not only loves one another, but likes one another as well.

I’d be up on homicide charges if I moved in with one particular son-in-law…………………..

Our family all gets along well too . . . we all live several states away from one another.

I have relatives in Quebec, Horned Owls, they are my French connection. whooRah

I’m close enough to babysit, not close enough to be a pest. It works well for all of us and I get to know my grandkids as they grow up. It’s really the only way to get close to them.

from my father: after 3 days, guests and fish away from their homes both begin to get rank.
