I have to say that I find Nancy’s running pose to be very cute and expressive!
I have to say that I again really like Aunt Fritzi’s “up” hairstyle… and I like her blue turtleneck.
I am a “little bit nervous” however, about the potential of a “new outfit, limited run” next week. Is Olivia going to play this to a) garishly bring back a “Gilchristian” ethos to throw it in the face of the nay-sayers? b) will she playfully explore options based on some sort of criteria (such as generational, or era)? or c) will be it be something else?
In whichever case, however…. I am hoping that the “limited run” is going to be taken literally…. because I like and enjoy the current drawing style and the manner of dress that Olivia has adopted for all the characters and would be disappointed if she changes things permanently just to “tweak” some folks who complain.

I like today’s strip. Great foreshadowing..

Nancy’s running pose is pretty funny, and it hits close to home, since I ALSO tend to throw my arms above my head when I run anywhere.

I’m hoping they either dress like dinosaurs or in lederhosen, but I’d be content with just wetsuits and football helmets. I’m really not that picky.

If I might make a suggestion, shorts with a legging. I think it will be a hit with Nancy.

I feel so bad for the boomers who are still reading this strip. Please don’t explain the joke to them.

Somebody mentioned how great it is to see the occasional double chin on Nancy. I couldn’t agree more.

Maybe make cut out outfits for all the cast, ala Katy Keene of the 50’s !!
