I don’t go out after dark unless absolutely necessary, and then only by car. During the day, I usually walk twice a day, but if it is 20 degrees F or less outside, I will use my treadmill instead. Walking in snow does not bother me. Only the cold does. Used to be , I would walk even if it was below zero outside, but as I have gotten older, that is just not good for me anymore.
spent one summer on the gulf coast and the following winter in nebraska. one too hot, the other too cold. now in the middle where it is just right most of the time.

My wife has been rethinking moving to Florida when we retire, instead thinking Wyoming is OK if she can look out at the snow without going out.
