Andy: You bought a what? Roger: An ab-crusher 2000. You know, the one on TV. According to the infomercials, five minutes with this baby will work my abs as much as doing 2000 traditional sit-ups. Andy: Roger, when in your life have you even done one sit-up? Roger: All the more reason to make up for lost time. Andy: Excuse me while I go program 911 into our speed dial. Roger: I figure I'll start out slowly. Maybe a half hour a day.

I actually use my treadmill. Watching Vanna on Wheel of Fortune makes it a quick half hour…………..

I have two exercise machine’s no treadmill, Not to hang clothes but work out on. Both finally will last for a change. Two many broke on me. Roger take it real smal steps your weak.

Has it occurred to Roger that to get the benefit of the equivalent of 2000 sit ups, he has to do the equivalent work of 2000 sit ups? And he wants to do that in 5 minutes?

You know how I exercise? There are lots of stairs at my college (even more so when they shut down the elevator each year). I also just put on some music and start dancing.
