I’m guilty of only giving to homeless people who have dogs or cats. I should be better than that.

I’m an animal lover, but it is sad that people give more for animals than humans. Guess they feel animals cant help themselves and depend on humans… This really hit my heart…

Sad indeed, but true.

I wish that it was that easy.

This breaks my heart. If I am alone, I always give something to the homeless. If I have no money, I will go to a store or restaurant and buy them something to eat on my credit card. My husband frowns on this so I don’t do it with him around. I know many of the street beggars probably live better than I but since I can’t tell by looking which ones are truly homeless and which ones are frauds I give. I do tend to pay more attention to those with animals and keep pet food in my trunk just in case. Pet food also helps entice strays out of dangerous situations where they can then be fostered and adopted out.

Good job Snow. Quick thinking.
