The kid wanted a Care Bear,

Dad bought him a Cure Bear.

The box says the bear plays a song by the Cure…

And Dad’s line is the title of another one.

I’ll take a cure bear over a care bear any day…

Dad should have bought the lad some Love Cats.

The experts call this a “tears for fears” meltdown.

Scott must be having “A Strange Day”. I don’t think there’s a cure for this ’toon.

I never cared for Cure OR Care bears. :)

I don’t get all the negative comments about The Cure!

They do like weird imagery… Robert Smith’s hair being a case in point… LOL… and sometimes deep lyrics…

But their sound, in a way, is more like late 70’s psychedelic rock than heavy metal or punk.

A very listenable, danceable band… It’s likeable music.
