One of the hallmarks of “global warming” (now called climate change) is more active weather.

Storms are due to warm air meeting cold air, and the warmer the air the more wind and precipitation are produced. In winter, increased precipitation means increased snow.

That would certainly depresss me, especially since we in South Texas will be getting an arctic blast this week.

I’d rather turn up the heat in winter and the a/c in summer. Some like it HOT.

Australia sounds better all the time. Just stay away from Queensland.

Eno must be a Canadian, or else he is following a weather forecast from Canada for some reason.

Move to southern California where it’s the same every day of the year. Then, in two years, you’ll be back.

No Supersurfer, we moved to Las Vegas 18 years ago and never want to go back and live in Buffalo. The people are great, the weather is terrible.

snowmen, sledding snowball fights, the sheer beauty of freshly fallen snow. followed by a slow, ever greening and warming, flowers bloom, birds singing,a renewal of life everywhere.then, the dog days of summer, the beach, swimming, boating, beautiful women scantily clad, withautum in persuit. the color change in the leaves, what is more beautiful, cooling weather, apple cider, hay rides. THANK GOD FOR ALL FOUR SEASONS

It goes by faster if you don’t dwell on it, Eno.

Nice artwork on this scene, Glenn.

Edit: Whoops! Sorry about the double post.

I enjoy the seasons even if they are sort of messed up a bit. Take care of this planet, please….it’s all we have.
