When the heart doctor tells you that you have to modify your life style including eating habits, otherwise you are shortening your life and the doctor is much weightier than you. Can you seriously take his advice?
I was in the Navy and an overweight doctor told a SEAL that he was overweight – too much muscle – and wanted him to lose weight to conform to the height/weight charts… The doctor could not fit in any chair with armrests – I was not impressed…

I’m not on speaking terms with my body either but we are drinking buddies
