I think it’s sweet that he took the time to learn her new hobby so that he could gift her something nice. It’s kinda sad that she tells him to stop like she’s not impressed. Wow…..
I don’t see the wife as a witch at all. Hubby realized that a sewing machine is a machine after all and did the research and chose something that was probably better than Betty might have bought for herself. Sometimes when my guy starts rattling off stats I loose patience, too, even if I am very very happy that my hubby was so thoughtful.
