Good thing there’s no tinsel in the tree.

We have eight cats. Not a chance of putting up a tree.

This is one of my favorite Business Cat strips. <3 Business Cat is the star, as usual, but OMG Ted and Janet’s expressions are priceless! Love both of them, too!

Only 4 cats here, but the 2 big boys are naughty enough to keep us from putting up a tree

When I was a kid, our new cat took down the tree the first night she saw it. Dad put a hook in the ceiling and tied a cord from the tree to the hook. Cat happily climbed the tree thereafter. We just had to use non-breakable ornaments, which we had anyway since there were three kids in the house. I think a cat is the best ornament.

Milkweed down makes a glorious tree ornament — until they let their parakeet out of his cage for exercise.   He had never seen a tree before, but he knew a good place to land when he saw one.

I’m lucky. My cat has absolutely zero interest in my Christmas tree. After 10 years, it isn’t going to change. I even put some tinsel on it this year. She hasn’t shown any interest!
