I was at the bar one day last week when someone asked to have the TV switched to basketball. And what do you know, it was the local college team playing for the West Coast Conference (WCC) Championship (St. Mary’s v Gonzaga).
I hate when my baseball team is the national game. Much prefer commentators who know our players and who aren’t likely to root for the other guys. The games tend to be an hour later too.
