That’s what I did every Saturday growing up, listened to the Metropolitan opera on the radio and their quiz show during intermission. At our house the person washing the dishes had control over the station, so I washed dishes for about 3 hours every Saturday, not impossible in a nine person family, but a challenge. My 16-year-old daughter went to see part of an opera at school this past week. She actually enjoyed it.
