I always order an extra rib and coleslaw, so I guess I’m in that 1/200th percentile. I also point out grammar mistakes like “one out of 200 people has extra rib”. It’s what makes me fun at parties.
I read an article by a science teacher who was taken aback when he asked how to tell a human skeleton’s sex and someone said, “Men have one less pair of ribs than women.” To his relief, he didn’t have to deny Genesis literalism in correction. Simply put, there’s no Lamarckian evolution. (It occurred to me that even if there were, nowhere does the Bible say that Adam started with the same number of ribs as Eve.)
This California example of extremes reminds me of an extreme on the Island of Kauai:Kauai gets the prize for being the 2nd wettest spot on earth, receiving more than 460 inches of rain per year. And yet Kekaha, only 20 miles SW of Mt. Waialeale, receives a scant 20 inches per year (from a Google quick fact).

just to mess around, but if every 200 men had an extra rib, then there’d be 200 more Eves made from said rib

As with actual “brotherly love,” there is a lot of fighting in “The City of Brotherly Love.”
