There’s an old Chinese proverb: “The best time to begin exercising is ten years ago. The second-best time is tomorrow.”
Then Eno will be fit in no time.

I made a new years resolution about 5 years ago and actually have kept it since then I resolved i wasn’t making anymore resolutions. That was easy.
Been there, done that,. but not necessarily on New Year’s!
