My mom’s border collie chased a young squirrel to a tree. The squirrel was so freaked out it jumped into the dog’s mouth. Shocked, Queenie snapped her mouth closed. She instinctively shook at the squirrel until she snapped its neck, stood around a bit, then walked off with it. When she came back later with a smug look, I guessed she’d figured out what to do with it. (And, no, it happened too fast for me to stop it.)

You’d be better at chasing if you used all four of your legs. (are those arms or legs?)

We have red-tailed hawks nearby to handle the squirrel suppression.
