Sounds like my supervision/management. It doesn’t matter if I worked unpaid overtime or came in on my day off (again, unpaid), it’s all about what I’ve done to make them look good today. I can’t wait to retire but at the rate my family keeps going through my money I won’t be able to retire until 2 years after I’m dead.
