Love all the superhero talk. I’ve seen reprints of the original Plastic Man stories from the 40s, and I remember reading him in the late 60s, when DC gave him his own book. I also remember The Creeper — he was from Gotham City, so he and Batman crossed paths occasionally. His “cape” was the weirdest ever devised, as it was a red shag rug.
In keeping with The Argyle Sweater’s humorous look at superheroes, let me put this out there: Does anyone here remember DC’s wonderfully funny comic, The Inferior Five? Awkwardman, The White Feather, The Dumb Bunny, The Blimp and their leader, Merryman.
