This right here is why I’ll most likely be single for life. I take things at face value and don’t have time for mind games. You tell me to “Take my time” and “No rush”, then I’ll get around to it when I get around to it. Rest assured it’s on my to-do list of the day, but blame yourself for telling me this.
What’s going on with go comics.com? When I click on the link in overview to take me to here, one of the advertisers forced my Mac to download a SCAM/Malware Flash update file, along with taking me to another scam website telling me to update Flash (which I didn’t).
Like how the posters are with me. When I posted that I’m going to stop reading a comic strip on a Saturday (the last of the week), they insist I quit now! Therefore now I don’t inform them at all!
That’s straight out of the Husband/Wife translation dictionary. Like when he says “In a minute” it really means I’ll forget it as soon as she walks away.
Not that I have to deal with this sort of thing, but I would say I’m practicing the principle motion economy. When I have get up to something else I’ll do that too. But what it really means is I’ll do it around the sixth time you tell me, give or take a day.

Gocomics.com is allowing malware flash updates to be linked to their website?

Must be the Christmas decorations already.

I interpreted “pretty soon” as meaning Mom would say it’s time in a few minutes. Mom meant I was already in trouble for not having done it.

Best to take the direct approach and just ask him straight out!

The funny thing is, if she is asked to do something, it’s when she feels like it. That is really true of Moms when a child needs something done.

Women! They ask a man to do something then keep nagging him about it every 6 month. If she wanted it done today she should have said “Today”.

Go get it yourself. He looks like he’s busy to me.

I have stopped a long time ago saying ‘no hurry’, and I still end up drumming my fingers.

Any particular box or will any random one do?

Damn right, don’t they know by now???!!!

That box would stay right where it is, until that woman got it herself, or went away. No way I would reward that behavior.
