Ooh, even the brew is finding it hard to avoid.

Maybe the politicians will realize that we can’t afford you and the lawyers, and cap everybody’s salary. Better set up some death panels while they’re at it.

That’s why Health Care gives them all the money they want, hush money.

Exactly! Like all men passing an abortion law….

Lawmakers pass legislation on matters they know nothing about. For most, they vote the way their major donors tell them to. Constituents don’t matter.

If you really want affordable health care, throw out the politicians and the lawyers and the insurance companies and let nurses draft the plan.

For example, nurses can do a lot of things with a doctor’s order. However Medicare won’t pay for most procedures unless a doctor does them. Let nurses live up to the full potential of their licenses!

OK, I’m prejudiced, I’ve been married to a nurse for 48 years.

This is very applicable to Federal Government appointments. It’s who you know and not what you know.

Become a celebrity and get instant knowledge and credibility for any and all issues simply because they can play a part written by someone else.

Exactly!!! How many members of Congress are self-described experts in something, but actually know squat. Most, I would say…

Or you could have opened an account on gocomics.com. That apparently makes you an expert on EVERYTHING.

Or working in a claims office for an insurance company.

Let’s face it: Being in high power means having to make decisions on a lot of subjects, and you can’t be an expert on all of them. You can listen to others, but not all alleged experts agree on things.
