I love Maria’s Day and all of the characters. But will Maria’s Day progress? Will Maria, her friends and the baby (Lily?) start to grow up or will they perpetually remain their same ages? It was nice to put Sue in here as a ‘guest’ character.

And to answer Sue’s question… comic relief.

He puts up with the boss’s annoying kids.

She needs to meet Andi.

Susan is even worse than Rita is. I never imagined that I would be able to say that about anyone.

I haven’t been following this strip very long. I find its, um, otherworldliness engaging, but I haven’t been able to figure out what these people are doing. Or is that the point? A sort of allegory of the hive mentality meaninglessness of the workaday life?
